Tom Legarde's 18-Year Journey at Toyota of Olympia
Tom's path started in January 2008, right after he graduated from Universal Technical Institute. He began in our Express Lube department and kept climbing, moving from Express Lube Technician to Parts Manager by way of Express Manager and Parts Counterman. That kind of steady growth says a lot about both his drive and the culture that supported him.
For Tom, this has always been more than a job. He credits our ownership, leadership and culture for making him feel like family rather than just an employee, and he'll tell you the vibe here feels more personal and relationship-driven than most dealerships.
As Tom puts it, 'Toyota of Olympia has been an important part of my professional growth. I value the relationships I've built here and take pride in supporting our employees and serving our customers every day.'
